These are perfect for introductory sessions about what sport psychology is, and the role strong mental skills play in increasing the chances of successful performances. Suitable for young children and adults, these interactive sessions are great for developing the fundamental psychological strategies for success. Furthermore, these sessions can either focus on specific, relevant skills depending on the phase of the season, or generic areas for improvement that have been identified across the group.
INDIVIDUAL SPORT PSYCHOLOGY SUPPORT
My philosophy as a practitioner places an emphasis on delivering diverse and dynamic ways of supporting you in the area that you feel you need it most. We start with a 360 assessment, which allows a highly flexible, and individual approach to facilitating the change that you're looking for. These sessions allow you to talk in depth about the issues and challenges you are facing. The aim is to develop the psychological flexibility to help you deliver a winning performance, every time. These sessions can be scheduled for a time that suits your busy schedule, in-person or via video call.
