My work involves supporting athletes to increase their psychological flexibility so that they can handle the challenges they face.
Since 2017, I have been helping numerous athletes of various levels of ability, from across the country with a wide range of psychological services.
Sport can be overwhelming, and sometimes even exhausting. But it can also be exciting and uplifting and should enhance and improve our lives.
